Free and Confidential Counselling for Young People
Eye to Eye Young People’s Counselling Service offers free and confidential counselling to young people aged 10 to 25 years in schools and the community in Rhondda Cynon Taf.
There are occasions when it can be difficult to cope with a problem on your own. It is times like this that counselling may be able to help.
Here at Eye to Eye we offer free confidential counselling to young people, in schools, in the community and online.
Counselling is a journey with ups and downs, some days you may feel good and other days you may feel upset. This is ok, it’s normal to have these emotions when feelings are turned into words. Our counsellors will support you through your emotions and offer you a safe secure space to explore your problem.
